Business Details stores the core information about your business. This data is used across the platform - in email footers, booking pages, invoices, documents, and other client-facing materials.
Enter your business name, legal business name, industry, phone number, email address, website, and physical address.
Your business address is required for email compliance. It is automatically included in the footer of marketing emails to meet CAN-SPAM requirements.
Set your standard operating hours for each day of the week. Business hours are used as defaults for:
Upload your company logo in Business Details. Brand styles are managed separately under Settings > Styles. Your branding can appear on:
The global email footer is appended to all outbound marketing and campaign emails (sent via SendGrid or Postmark). It is separate from your personal email signature, which only applies to Gmail messages.
Your footer should include an unsubscribe link for compliance. Use the {{unsubscribe_link}} placeholder in your footer HTML - it will be replaced with the actual unsubscribe URL when the email is sent. You can also use the {{preference_center_link}} placeholder to link to the subscription preference center.
Default footer template:
You can reset to the default template at any time using the Reset to Default button.
Transactional mail (invoices, receipts, password resets, booking confirmations) must carry your business address but must not carry an unsubscribe link. To make that split work, the footer uses two markers to gate the opt-out block. Anything wrapped in <!--UNSUB_START--> and <!--UNSUB_END--> is included on marketing sends and stripped from transactional sends.
If a footer contains an unsubscribe link without these markers, the CRM skips that footer on transactional email because it cannot safely separate the opt-out text from the rest of the HTML. Review older custom footers in Settings > Business Details > Global Email Footer, wrap only the opt-out line in the markers, and save. The editor's default template shows the placement.
