Boards and Task Lists

Move work through a project board and scan the same tasks in a list.

The board groups tasks by status so your team can see work move from To Do to In Review and Completed. The task list shows the same items in rows for a faster scan across projects, people, and due dates.

Start with one project

Choose a project in the sidebar, then open Kanban Board.
Add a task with a clear outcome, owner, and due date. Use the detail panel for notes and comments.
Move the task to In Review when it is ready for a check, then to Completed when the work is accepted.
Open Task List to sort or filter a larger set of work.

Tasks can also be created from templates for repeatable work. Test a template on a disposable project before using it for a client deliverable.
