Preview the client portal and check project visibility before sharing it.

The client portal gives a client a focused view of shared project work. It keeps the team's broader workspace and other client projects out of that view.

Verify access first

Create a disposable client and project with sample tasks.
Open Client Portal Preview to see which details the client will receive.
Sign in with a separate test client account. Check that it sees its own project and cannot open another client's work.
Only then invite a real client and explain what they can view or submit.

If a client should not see internal notes or another project's work, verify that with the separate test account rather than relying only on an admin preview.
