The client opens the private request link your agency sends. They see your agency name or logo, any message you added, and a card for each account you selected. The page works on a phone and does not require a separate Linkd account.
Each card explains why your agency needs that account and gives the next step. Guided cards can point the client to the relevant provider screen. For example, a Google Ads card can ask for their customer ID and explain how to accept your manager request. Website domain access first asks where the domain is managed so the steps can match that provider.
The client can mark a guided step done, ask for help, or tell the agency when someone else owns an account. A completed client step is not always a verified provider grant. Your team can see the status and follow up in Requests and Help.
Guided steps are available without your agency's Google or Meta app approval. Where an approved connection is configured, Linkd can offer a provider sign-in and account choice flow. Each provider still controls its own permission screen. Read Provider Apps and Approvals before presenting an automatic connection as available.
An expired, replaced, or revoked link cannot be used again. The client should contact the agency using the contact address shown on the page, and your team can create a fresh request.
