Create an Access Link

Choose a client, select the accounts you need, and share one private link.

Open New link from the Linkd agency dashboard. The form creates one request containing the accounts your team chooses for that client.

Fill in the request

Enter the client name. A client email is optional and helps fill in the address when you share the finished link.
Add an optional message to your client if the page needs context. A separate private note for your team never appears on the client page.
Select the account cards you need. The form may ask you to add your Google Ads manager ID or Meta Business ID in Settings before those account types can be selected.
Choose how many days the link works for, then select Create link.

The Link ready screen shows the private URL and sharing controls. Send it through the text, email, or other client communication channel your team already uses. Linkd creates the link; it does not send that message for you.

The client does not need a separate Linkd account. Before sending a real request, review the client flow so you know what they will see.

Expiration and replacement

A request stops accepting client actions when its link expires or your team revokes it. Create a new request if the client still needs a link. Revoking a Linkd link does not remove account access the client already granted at a provider.
