The Linkd Access requests page lists the newest client links first. Use its filters to focus on Needs you, Waiting on client, Done, Expired, or Revoked requests. Each row shows the client, request status, connected account count, and timing.
Select a client row to see the accounts requested, their individual status, the link's expiration, and the notes your team entered. The detail page gives your team the information needed for follow-up without asking the client to repeat the whole request.
A help request appears on the request detail page and can mark the request Needs you in the list. Read the client's note, follow up through your usual client channel, and use Mark as handled once your team has responded. A client may also indicate that a different person owns an account; follow up with that owner rather than asking the client to share credentials.
Revoke an open request when it should no longer be used. The client cannot act through that Linkd URL afterward. Access already granted at Google, Meta, or another provider remains in place until it is removed there. If the client needs another chance, create a new link.
Agency email alerts for help, completed links, and stalled links depend on your verified sending configuration and the choices in Settings.
