The Linkd agency owner opens Settings from /admin. These values fill in the client instructions and control how a client link looks. Staff can use requests, but owner access is required for the Settings page.
Set the agency name, default access email, and optional contact email. Linkd uses these in client guidance and on expired or replaced link pages. Add your Google Ads manager account ID and Meta Business ID before creating requests for those account types. The Google Analytics role setting chooses the role the guided flow asks the client to grant.
Only enter your agency's real account identifiers. Keep provider secrets in the deployment environment, not in a client message or screenshot.
Choose the client page style and brand colors, and set a logo address if your agency uses one. Check a disposable client link on a phone after saving so you can confirm the logo, contrast, and contact details before sending a real request.
The Settings page offers alerts when a client asks for help, finishes a link, or leaves one untouched for three days. Alerts require the verified email sender and sending key described in the buyer setup handbook. The page also lists people who can sign in to the agency and shows their owner or staff role.
